Proposal for a technology to connect us. (A portal to connect all)

I  guess more than lakhs of people are working in IT industry in Tamilnadu are quite familiar with Stackoverflow. For others i will summarise it shortly, “If you don’t know about something you can raise a question here and then you will get multiple solutions and responses in short time”.

# So what is the need of talking about this here?

You all might familiar with an option to mail your MLA (for mail ids refer here). But i'm not sure about the response, solution based on the need and its time period. So to get a transparent and quick response in the society my proposal here is webpage similar to Stackoverflow. Connecting everything transparently through technology is the actual Digital India, no its Digital Tamilnadu, it will helps to avoid scams/corruptions. 

# How it can be useful.

Every citizen can use this system (using application  or website in their mobile phones or  PCs ) to bring the social issue publicly to get the attention and solution quickly.

Currently to get attention towards a public issue, we can start a petition and it can be forwarded based on its public response. For an example case refer the below link,

Here the forum are not only used to start a petition, but the respective authority should reply in the same page about the remedy or action along with the timeline.  (Where everything should be transparent)

Question number 1 : Drainage system are not properly maintained in our area, whom should 1 contact?

at the end of this question we can add many hashtags (or tags) to related contents. For example, #Madurai #DrainageSystem #Corporation etc.

Any citizen of India can upvote or downvote any question to share a particular thought about it, to get popular attention immediately. (Similar to Change.org)

Answer

Once, you get a proper solution or response from some politicians/officials/ NGOs/common citizens, it can be marked as Solved. Until then it remains unsolved.

Profile

Every citizen can create a valid account through their Aadhaar number (to avoid fake profiles).

Reputation

Points and badges will be given based on their activities in that system. 

# Who will create and maintain this system? How is this even possible? or more?
